Nice hotel and Uber / rental car . Hopefully have the funds to fix a van . I feel for people that have no ability then get pinched . I just put a transmission in my little Jeep , grown up stuff . No ability / funds , THAT is stress
Hope you are good. But it's a good point to start investigation how to fix you car, including engine and buying ELM bluetooth car scanner. Car is not only device, it's mechanism which could be fun to fix and be proud of result

Ford transit vanlife almost 3 years and I can confirm the crap vehicles they put out now are the biggest problem with vanlife. Never buying a Ford again 😒

some times the gas cap being loose can set that light off. Always check the gas cap
